eggs, green tea, salt, pork soup, soybean sauce,chinese prickly ash, aniseed
Steps
- wash the eggs
- boiled the eggs and peel off the shell
- put the shelled eggs to the pot and add some salt，green tea，pork soup，soybean sauce ,chinese prickly ash, aniseed
- boil over high heat and then low heat about 2 hours
